Head of School Job Description

“We believe in God-sized tasks and believe that Grace Prep is one of them.”

Point of Grace 40

Our Mission

Grace Prep exists to provide a thorough Christian education that helps students prep for life! While traditional institutions spend time and focus on preparing students for college or for a job, we spend our resources preparing students for life. God has a unique purpose for each student’s life. We believe that school should be a place where that purpose is discovered and developed. This vision is guided by the 40 Points of Grace.

We equip students with a Christian worldview so that they can understand God’s truths regarding real-world issues like history, abortion, politics, wealth, hunger, and marriage. Students learn the relevance of biblical truths, the purpose of evangelism, and the importance of discipleship. Grace Prep students are equipped to intelligently share their faith, discuss evolution, creation, world religions, and influential philosophies. Everything that we do, from playing varsity basketball to choosing the 10th-grade reading list, reflects our commitment to God and grace.

Our Core Values

“We believe in extravagant GRACE.” (Ephesians 3:2)

“We pursue an INTELLIGENT-FAITH.” (I Peter 3:15)

“We practice RADICAL VULNERABILITY and lead with our limp.” (James 5:16)

“We exude QUIRKY JOY.” (I Thessalonians 5:16-18)

“We SERVE with HUMILITY.” (1 Peter 5:6-7; Micah 6:8)

“We seek BIBLICAL TRUTH to facilitate FREEDOM.” (John 8:31,32)

“PRAYER is our work.” (John 15:1-5)
