Sunday
afternoon, June
11, thirteen
students from
the inaugural
senior class
of Grace Prep
graduated amid
family and friends
at the Russian
Baptist Church
in State College.
The ceremony
began with the
processional “Pomp
and Circumstance” being
played by trumpeter
extraordinaire
Chiz Rider, accompanied
by GP sophomore
Blake Bratton.
Various members
of the student
body were presented
with awards,
Valedictorian
Katelyn Kalmbach
and Salutatorian
Amy Munn delivered
inspiring speeches,
and the keynote
address was given
by Donna VanLiere.
After the graduates
were awarded
their diplomas,
Dannah prayed
blessings over
each student
individually,
followed by a
time where the
families surrounded
the class and
prayed for God
to lead, guide
and direct each
one.
