The
Spiritual Development
of a Student
While other
schools spend
their time and
focus preparing
students for
college or for
a job, we spend
our resources
preparing students
for life. God
has a unique
purpose for each
student's life.
School should
be a place where
that purpose
is discovered
and developed.
We
equip students
with a Christian
worldview so
that they can
understand God's
truths regarding
real world issues
like history,
abortion, politics,
wealth, hunger,
and marriage.
Students learn
the relevance
of biblical truths,
the purpose of
evangelism, and
the importance
of discipleship.
In 10th and 11th
grades, they
learn Greek and
Hebrew to enhance
their Bible literacy.
Grace Prep students
are equipped
to share their
faith, discuss
evolution, creation,
world religions
and influential
philosophies.
Everything that
we do, from planning
the football
program, to choosing
the 10th grade
reading list,
reflects our
commitment to
God and grace.

Statement
of Faith - The
Apostle's Creed
At
Grace Prep, we
believe that
schools cannot
teach truth effectively
if they don’t
acknowledge Jesus
Christ as the
foundation for
all Truth. Truth
hasn’t
changed since
the earth was
created, so we
haven’t
created our own
statement of
faith. We’ve
adopted one that’s
been around for
a while. The
Apostles' Creed
received its
title because
of its great
antiquity. It
dates from very
early times in
the Church, a
half century
or so from the
last writings
of the New Testament.
Students at Grace
Prep will memorize
the Creed and
learn to view
everything through
it—from
how to respond
to a basketball
defeat to why
we should use
mathematics to
defend the Creation
of the world.
We believe
in God the
Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven
and earth:
And in Jesus
Christ his
only Son, our
Lord; who was
conceived by
the Holy Ghost,
born of the
virgin Mary,
suffered under
Pontius Pilate,
was crucified,
dead, and buried;
he descended
into hell;
the third day
he rose again
from the dead;
he ascended
into heaven,
and sitteth
on the right
hand of God
the Father
Almighty; from
thence he shall
come to judge
the quick and
the dead.
We believe
in the Holy
Ghost; the
holy universal
church; the
communion of
saints; the
forgiveness
of sins; the
resurrection
of the body;
and the life
everlasting.
