Commencement Address by Vic King

Vic and Kay King have just moved to State College, following God’s direction to plant a church in the Centre County region. Vic was most recently the minister of Missions and Outreach at Oak Hills Church in San Antonio, Texas, where Max Lucado serves as senior pastor. Over the years Vic has worked in various counseling and ministry positions. Vic and Kay have been married for over 30 years and have three daughters, and seven grandchildren.
